PROSPECT UPDATES:
Alvin Kamara: We do hear that he did not commit to Alabama and a lot depends on the announcement of Alex Collins tonight. That might sound weird because he is not even considering UGA, but this is the scenario. Alex Collins is considering Arkansas and if he commits to the Razorbacks today, it is unlikely that Alabama commit Tenpenny switches to Arkansas. If this happens, then Nick Saban has a decision to make. He either has to try and greyshirt Tyren Jones (which could lead him to UGA) or Alvin Kamara will come to UGA. Alabama is not in a position to keep all 4 RB’s due to numbers, so the next couple of days are going to be interesting.
Reuben Foster: Foster will announce his decision tonight between……well there is no telling what hats he will have on the table. We will have our prediction right here around 6:00pm and we will cover Foster’s announcement.
Laremy Tunsil: Tunsil was in contact with UGA staff throughout the whole weekend. On Friday Night he told the UGA staff to move on and that he was going to Ole Miss. On Saturday morning and called UGA staff and apologized and said he was confused. On Sunday morning his mother asked him to cut off all contact with UGA. Tunsil talked with UGA staff once again Sunday afternoon. This is how it is, plain and simple….Laremy Tunsil is torn between the school he loves and wants to be at (UGA), and his girlfriend and mother (who want him at Ole Miss). If you do not understand that last sentence, send me an email and I would love to break it down for you. It will be very hard for him to announce against the Bulldogs on live TV Wednesday morning knowing that is where he wants to be.
Montravius Adams: He cut his list to 4 after his official visit and those schools are Alabama, Auburn, UGA, and Clemson. He will announce his decision Wednesday morning. UGA looks to be the favorite right now and the chances are very good that Adams signs with UGA Wednesday.
Davin Bellamy: After his official visits to Oregon this weekend, he said UGA still led with Oregon 2nd and Tennessee 3rd heading into Wednesday. That is a good sign for UGA, because there is a very slim chance to none that Bellamy is going to Oregon. Tennessee was the main team to worry about here. Bellamy likely will sign with UGA on Wednesday and he would be a HUGE kid as an outside linebacker.
