Fans Can have Negative Impact on Recruiting

Aaron Murray and Christian Robinson arrived back in Athens after the South Carolina game to find their house vandalized. This itself is an embarrasment to the Georgia Bulldog Nation and to the entire country. When these “so called” fans decided to perform these tactics, I am sure they were not thinking about the future of the program. The stunts pulled Saturday Night not only affects our starting QB and current team, but it affects the current commits and targets we have for the class of 2013.

What do you think is going through the mind of current UGA QB Commit Brice Ramsey? Not only that, what do you think is going through the mind of Brice Ramsey’s parents…..I am not sure I would want my kid playing at a place where this was happening. I know every true UGA fan is not like this, and I know these kind of things do not happen often….but it happened and now it is running through to commits minds.

Here is a tweet from current UGA commit Shaq Wiggins: Shaq Wiggins21: “Is it true UGA FANS messin up players apartments n stuff.” This stuff is being noticed UGA Fans and it is time to start acting like you love this team. UGA is still 5-1 ranked 14th in the country and 11th according to the Harris Poll which makes up 1/3 of the BCS Ranking. UGA still has an opportunity to go to a BCS Bowl game and you never know what could happen in the SEC with South Carolina playing LSU and Florida the next two weeks.

Remember these are 18-22 year old kids, act like an adult or do not go to the games. Yes I was frustrated with the result of the game but messing with a players belongings because of a loss is unacceptable. I am a Dawg Fan for life win or lose, if you are not then go somewhere else!!

Yes sir.  Unfortunately, we can't raise 'em all.  You're always gonna have your select few "special" people.

All you can do is pray for them and hope they get caught.
